EXPATRIATE SERVICES DIVISION REGISTRATION

Companies that wish to hire expatriates will first need to be registered in the Expatriate Services Division (ESD) on-line system. ESD-approved companies can apply for a range of expatriate passes such as Employment Pass, Residence Pass-Talent, Professional Visit Pass and related passes such as Dependant Pass and Social Visit Pass (Short Term & Long Term).


EXPATRIATE compliance SUPPORT

We provide a variety of compliance services such as filing renewal and deregistration applications, transferring expatriates passes to new passports and reporting changes in personal and assignment status e.g. registration of newborn children and change in workplace respectively, to help our clients’ employees remain compliant with immigration requirements while on assignment in Malaysia.

Depending on your requirements, we can assist expatriates with applications of a range of passes e.g. Employment Pass, Residence Pass-Talent, Professional Visit Pass, Student Pass and related passes such as Dependant Pass and Social Visit Pass (Short & Long Term). We will advise on the procedures involved and documents required for timely submission to the relevant government processing agencies.

We provide full support to expatriates on the optimum immigration strategies for accompanying spouses and dependents, partnering closely with them to prepare all required documentation for timely application submission, and to help them maintain compliance with Malaysian immigration for the duration of their stay. Additionally, we assist with renewals and/or changes in immigration status.


DOCUMENT SERVICES

We can procure and authenticate documents, such as police clearances, marriage certificates and birth certificates, where official documents need to be obtained and/or copies certified as true copies for a range of immigration applications by working closely with both Malaysian authorities and foreign missions based in Malaysia. In addition, we can coordinate with certified translators to obtain sworn translations where these are required for immigration-related applications.
